Wednesday’s Workout: HIIT, Shoulders & Abs – 08/14/2013

HIIT - No equipment - 20 minutes

The Wednesday workout will begin with a 20 minute HIIT session. This requires only a jump rope. If you do not have a jump rope, jump without one. After we finish up our fat burning session, we move on to sculpt our sexy shoulders and abs.

HIIT

  1. Jump rope
  2. Squat jumps
  3. Jump rope
  4. Burpee
  5. Jump rope
  6. Mountain climbers
  7. Jump rope

 
Have a clock or timer handy.  You will go through each workout for 30 seconds each with 10 seconds rest in b/t.  Perform the circuit four times. It will take about 20 minutes to complete.

Shoulders

  1. Dumbbell Lateral Raise:  4 X 15
  2. Arnold Dumbbell Press: 4 x 15
  3. Superset – Bent Over Low-Pulley Side Lateral: 4 x 15
  4. Superset – Upright Cable Row: 4 x 15
  5. Dumbbell Shrugs: 5 x 20

 

Abs

  1. Butt-Ups: 3 x 15
  2. Plank: 3 x 60 seconds
  3. Spider Crawl: 3 x 15 (each side)
