Today was leg day! I can’t stress enough how wonderful it is to be back the old schedule. However, there is a new guy manning the front door now. I don’t think he turns on the air right away because it has been very hot in there until it reaches about 6 a.m. It makes it a little harder to focus because I’m already sweating before moving. Oh well. Enough complaining, here is what today’s leg workout consisted of:
Leg extensions – 4 x 20
Leg Press (single leg) – 3 x 12
Superset: Lunges 40 ft back and forth
Superset: Plie squats – 10 reps
(2 sets)
Triset: deadlift – 10 reps
Triset: leg curls on stability ball – 10 reps
Triset: single leg RDL – 10 reps
(3 sets)
