I skipped the gym today and decided to take my first barre class. It was a lot fun. However, I like the TRX Tabata classes a little more. Regardless, it is time to get back in the gym. Here is the 5 a.m. workout for tomorrow:
Legs
Leg extensions: 5 x 20
Barbell squat: 5 x 10
Superset: Lunge walk 40ft down and back
Superset: Leg press 15 reps (go heavy or go home!)
Leg press: 5 x 10
Leg curl: 5 x 10
Seated calf raise: 5 x10
Abs
Jackknife Sit-Up: 5 x 20
Sit-up with stability ball under legs: 5 x20
Leg lifts with stability ball b/t ankles: 5 x 20
