I did find out that my regular gym will reopen on Friday. I cannot explain how excited that I am to get back to the 5 a.m. workout. On the bright side, they are adding lots of new equipment. Yay!
However, this does not mean that it is time to slack. Let’s get BACK to it!

Wide-grip lat pull down – 4 x 12 (dropset of 10 on last set)
