One of my favorite workouts is the Tabata HIIT sessions. It gets the heart pumping, and you burn a ton of calories in short period of time. For this week, our Tabata HIIT challenge is as follows:
Seal Jacks: 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. Repeat six rounds.
Sprinting in place with high knees and arms. Legs go as fast as they can for 20 seconds and then 10 seconds rest. Repeat six rounds.
Jump down on all fours for mountain climbers. Go as fast as you can for 20 seconds and then 10 seconds rest. Repeat six rounds.
Deadmill sprints (this means the treadmill is off). Go all out for 20 seconds and then 20 seconds rest. Repeat six rounds.
