Sunday’s Workout: Legs & Abs – 08/18/13

Today’s workout will be legs & abs. I decided to step up my game and make the workouts a little more intense this week. Let’s get started!

Legs

  • Leg Extensions:  6 x 20 (30 secs of rest b/t set)
  • Superset – Hack squat: 3 x 12
  • Superset – Lunge w/ weight 40 feet down and back: 3 sets
  • One-leg body squat (bench behind you): 5 x 10
  • Leg curls: 5 x 10
  • Seated calf raise:  5 x 10

 
Abs

  • Jackknife Sit-Up 3 x 15
  • Butt Ups 5 x 10
  • Spider crawl 3 x 10 (each leg)
