New Plan: Body & Life by Nicola

I was getting tired of eating the same thing repeatedly.  I decided to call upon an old friend to help me out.  Many years ago, I met Nicola when we worked together.  As we both left that company, we went in different directions.  She became an online fitness and nutrition consultant, and I became a digital marketer.

However, we both have something in common: a love for fitness.  We have stayed in touch mostly on Facebook and Instagram.  I have watched her progress on herself and clients, and it has been very inspirational throughout my own fitness journey.  With that said, I decided to hire Nicola to plan my meals for the next six weeks (possibly longer).

I will not be posting the actual meals online, but I will be posting my progress and how I feel throughout the next six weeks.  As her first vegetarian client, I want showcase what she will be doing for me on this adventure.  When I received my nutritional consult, I was blown away.  It printed out to almost three pages of details about my current diet.

In the consult, she went into what I was doing wrong, right and how to improve.  When speaking, she also made suggestions on my weight training throughout the week.  In addition, I am eating a lot more than I am used to.  It took me a little bit to get through all that food this morning.  Lol.

The meal plan broke down my macros that are customized to my weight, height, age etc.  The majority of the meals in this plan turned out to be vegan too.  I also like that she chose a selection of foods that I already enjoy.  This will make the journey very simple.

Today is day one on the Body & Life by Nicola nutritional plan.  Continue to check back as I progress down this exciting road.
