Superset: Leg Extensions – 20 reps Superset: Standing squats – 20 reps (4 sets)
Superset: Barbell squat – 8 reps (go heavy or go home!) Superset: Calf raises w/barbell on shoulders – 25 reps (4 sets)
Superset: Leg Press – 15 reps Superset: Calf raises on leg press – 15 reps (5 sets)
Barbell bench step ups – 12 reps (4 sets)
Leg curls – 12 reps (3/3 tempo) (4 sets)
Leg lifts w/ball b/t ankles – 10 reps (3 sets)
Rope crunches – 15 reps (4 sets)
Decline bench sit ups – 13 reps (4 sets)
Decline bench twists – 10 reps (4 sets)
