Last Workout Until my 5k

When I woke up this morning, I was excited to feel that the soreness in my legs subsided. I was a little nervous about the soreness lingering until Saturday. That is when I run my first 5k. For my last weight training session this week, I am focusing on my shoulders and triceps.

Here is my workout:

Exercise Sets Reps Muscle
Bent over rear deltoid raises (palms down) 3 15 Shoulders
Upright dumbbell or barbell rows 3 15 Shoulders
Military press on straight back bench 3 15 Shoulders
Pec Deck rear deltoid reverse flyes 3 15 Shoulders
Triceps Pushdown – Rope 3 15 Triceps
Overhead Extension with Rope 3 15 Triceps
Dumbbell Kickback 3 15 Triceps
Skullcrusher 3 15 Triceps
