HIIT: Challenge of the Week

 

I’ll post my time and calories burned once I complete this workout.  Let me know how you do!

  • 15 – jumping jacks
  • 15 – 1 foot on bosu one foot off- Squats
  • 25 – high knees in place

3 sets

  • 10 – Alternating jump squats on a bosu (holding dumbbell optional).

6 sets

  • 45 secs of jump rope
  • 25 crunches
  • 10 pushups

5 sets

  • 20 burpees
  • 10 spiderman crunches on each side
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 12 reverse crunches

4 sets
