HIIT: Challenge of the Week – Bike

If you have a schedule like me, it is sometimes impossible to catch those awesome spinning classes during the week.  However, this does not mean you can’t still get those gears spinning.  Here is a 10-minute killer bike workout that you can do either on the sport or recumbent bikes:

0 – 5 Minutes 8 90
5 – 6 Minutes 15 80
6 – 6:30 Minutes 2 50
7 – 7:30 Minutes 15 80
7:30 – 8 Minutes 2 50
8 – 9 Minutes 15 80
9 – 10 Minutes 2 50
