It has been one month since I started the TRX Tabata classes. I can definitely tell that my strength increased. In addition, today was the first day that I tried out my new Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor. This means that I was able to calculate my true calories burned.
The class started at 10:15 a.m., and it lasted for 45 minutes. In that duration, I was able to burn 559 calories. You can see the stats in the photos added. I cannot wait until next week to see if I can beat that time.
At this point, I really like the Polar FT7. It is easy to get started and use. I have to manually type in the information into the website to track my progress. In order to synchronize it with the computer, you need to purchase the FlowLink® data transfer dongle. Since I received this heart rate monitor for free (thank you Humana Vitality!), I will probably purchase the addition.
However, my blender broke so that takes priority first.
