It has been an awesome week. It is now time to allow our bodies to rest some. If we are ready for a change, we really need to stick to it. One thing that helps me get through each workout and track my progress is keeping a notebook.
Sure, I document everything here. However, I am the type of person who likes to see it in black and white on paper. It helps motivate me to see what I was lifting and how many reps I was able to conquer. I use that to push me to the next level.
