Greetings and welcome to VegBodyBuilding.com!

My name is Jacquelyn Marks and I am the founder of VegBodyBuilding.com. I am a fitness fan and a 10-year vegetarian. As I have dug deeper into the bodybuilding lifestyle, I’ve struggled to find the right nutrition and supplements that are veg-friendly. I started this website to provide a resource for others alike.

I am not a medical professional. I am not a certified fitness trainer. I am just a woman who loves animals and working out. I am here to share my adventure, while on a budget.

VegBodyBuilding.com will be a resource only. On this website, you will find recipes and supplements that do not contribute to animal slaughter. In addition, I will be posting my workouts and progress as time goes on.
