This is my favorite baked tofu recipe. The prep time to prepare this protein is quick. The smaller you cut the tofu, may reduce the cooking time. In addition, the smaller it is the crispier it can come out.

8-9 oz Extra Firm Tofu (drain and wash)
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2-1 tsp. rosemary
1 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2-1 TBSP of Olive oil
Drain tofu for 20 mins
Preheat oven 450-475 degrees
Once tofu is drained, cut into squares or triangles
Mix all spices together in large bowl
Once mixed, toss tofu in bowl and shake until evenly distributed
lightly spray baking pan with non stick spray
Put in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes
make sure to turn tofu half way through for even crisp.
